I understand that my deposit is used to secure my appointment, and that the deposit will be subtracted from the final price of my tattoo. *
I understand that I am required to give at least 48 hours notice for rescheduling my appointment. *
I understand that in the event I decide to cancel my appointment, or if I do not show up for my appointment, my deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited. *
I understand that in the event I wish to reschedule my appointment, and I do so with at least 48 hours notice, my deposit will not be forfeited and will secure my rescheduled appointment. *
I understand that in the event of an emergency or illness within 48 hours of my appointment, I may be allowed one courtesy rescheduling at the discretion of my tattooer. *
I understand that in the event that my appointment has to be re-scheduled a second time, I will be required to place a second deposit of $100. If the sum of the first and second deposit exceeds the final price of my tattoo, I will be refunded the difference upon completion of my tattoo. *
I understand that the artwork for my tattoo will be made available to me on the day of my appointment when I arrive. Any minor changes to the design may be made on the day of my appointment. Any major changes to the design may require the appointment to be rescheduled to allow time for the changes to be made. *
I understand that if I arrive to my appointment more than 30 minutes after its scheduled start time, my appointment may need to be rescheduled for a later date. *
